To give our customers the best service possible we provide them with “state of the art” catalogues. Each product group has its own catalogue: Brake calipers, HD starters and alternators, LD starters and alternators, Ignition leads and distributors, Steering Racks and Steering Pumps. Updates can always be found on our online catalogue and every two years new printed catalogues are released.

Our warranty policy also provides reassurance to our customers. We offer a 24 months warranty(*) on all products (*Limited to 24 months or 60.000 miles/100.000 km for applications used for commercial use.)

To make our returns policy as easy as possible, Remy has implemented the ‘Back in Box’ procedure. This makes it easier for the customer to know which cores are acceptable to Remy and also protects them in transit, increasing the likelihood that they will be deemed acceptable upon receipt.
